About the Wayne County Democratic CommitteeThe Democratic PartyOver two hundred years ago, the Party's founders decided that wealth

politically active Americans. The Committee is the official organization representing registered, enrolled Democrats residing in Wayne County. The committee consists of the officers of the county committee and election district representatives from each town in the County. MissionThe mission of the Democratic Committee of Wayne County is to ensure the continuing success of the Democratic Party, and to provide the best and most responsible government for the people of Wayne County. MeetingsThe Wayne County Democratic Committee meets the third Wednesday each month at the time and location posted on the calender. General meetings are open to registered, enrolled Democrats.The executive committee (officers, town chairs and state representatives) meets the second Saturday of the month as posted on the calender.
